Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

NOREIVA is operated by RWB CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT, LLC. We want you to shop with confidence and offer free returns for eligible UK orders.

30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Sale items are eligible for return unless they were clearly described as non-returnable before purchase.

How to start a return

Email contact@noreiva.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed.

Free returns and exchanges

We provide free return shipping for eligible UK orders using the prepaid label supplied by us. Size exchanges are also free, subject to stock availability.

UK cancellation rights

If you are a UK consumer, you normally have the legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. After notifying us, you then have 14 days to return the goods. Our voluntary 30-day policy gives you additional time and does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund and cover the reasonable return cost. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Exceptions

We cannot accept goods that have been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, goods damaged after delivery through misuse, personalised products, or sealed hygiene goods after the seal has been broken, except where an item is faulty or your statutory rights apply.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process refunds without undue delay and, where UK cancellation rights apply, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they were sent. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
