These terms apply when you use noreiva.com or purchase from NOREIVA. NOREIVA is a trading name operated by RWB CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT, LLC.

2. Products and availability

We take reasonable care to display product descriptions, colours, sizes and images accurately. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. All orders are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or cancel an order where stock or pricing information is incorrect.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown for UK customers are displayed in GBP. The total price payable is shown at checkout before you place the order. UK standard shipping is free. Payment must be authorised through one of the methods offered at checkout.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We send an order acknowledgement after submission. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability or an obvious pricing error. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days and delivered by Royal Mail or an equivalent service in approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch. Further details are provided in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

UK consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to cancel an online purchase and a further 14 days to return it after notifying us. We also offer an eligible 30-day free return policy. Details and exclusions appear in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, contact us. Remedies are provided in accordance with applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK consumers.

8. Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that disrupts it, or use the website unlawfully.

9. Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, branding, layout and other original material belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Governing law

If you are a UK consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory laws applicable where you live. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.

13. Changes and contact
