Free UK Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked courier service, depending on the destination and package size.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions, public holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or periods of exceptionally high demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear or update on the carrier's website.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@noreiva.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number.

Our customer support team will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
